Who is “The Likeability Guy?”…..Curt Fletcher, is the author of “How To Sell More Homes and Increase Your Income.” He is an Energetic Leader in the world of Real Estate and enjoys helping his clients buy and sell homes, training and speaking to others about topics that focus on Creating Success, Improving your life, and Increasing Your Likeability.
He remains active in Selling Real Estate with Atrium Realty Group, in an effort to always be able to relay relevant knowledge to those he helps. He doesn’t talk theory, he speaks about the truth.
Curt is a straightforward and to the point speaker that provides information that can be used immediately. His goal is to help people gain confidence in their own abilities and maximize their full potential in creating success, wealth and happiness.

Curt is currently in the process of publishing another Real Estate Book that has been 5 Years in the making, covering tons of interviews with the TOP 1% of performers. So often, we go through life in such a manner that we are not in control. We let our surroundings, other people’s behavior and comments dictate our attitude and our future. I want to change this.
I want to create a more Likeable society by improving ourselves individually first, then help others as well. Instead of waiting for someone else to develop new systems and programs for us to live by, why not create our own?
Can you imagine the possibilities if we all take action today to begin our path to success. Imagine for a moment living in a world where positive news and stories of hope and success are everywhere.
We have an obligation to ourselves, our kids, and to each other to create a better society and a better world. Let’s begin today.
Above all else, being likeable is the first step to being successful. Curt would like to create more successful people by improving their likeability.
Other Ventures and Opportunities
To create TRUE Freedom and allow yourself to no longer be a prisoner to large debt or a job that you dislike, multiple streams of income is an absolute MUST! Keep your eyes open and your ears listening, because real opportunities are all around you. I am an advocate for putting yourself in a strong financial position to allow yourself to take advantage of great opportunities when they arise.
One such venture for me has been getting involved in the Energy Company Stream and working with their Marketing Branch Ignite. They currently only offer service opportunities in Texas and Georgia, but more states will be coming along soon.
